By purchasing or enrolling in a course, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course content for your own learning. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we maintain the course on our platform and your account remains in good standing.

You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions by someone you allow to use your device or credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used for prohibited sharing, automated scraping, or other misuse.

All course videos, lesson text, templates, and downloadable materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Minimalist Floristry Courses or its licensors.

You may view and use the materials for personal education. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, publicly perform, translate, or create derivative course products based on the materials without prior written permission.

Any brand names, logos, and trademarks used in the courses are the property of their respective owners.

Course prices are shown at checkout in the currency available to you. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed, including any applicable taxes.

Local taxes (such as VAT/GST/sales tax) may apply depending on your location. When required, taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

If a payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course. We use platform viewing progress (when available) and other reasonable indicators to assess completion.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and include your purchase details.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be refused where misuse is suspected (e.g., repeated refunds, evidence of content extraction, or violation of the acceptable use policy).

You agree not to use the platform or course materials to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or access credentials.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or disable platform security features.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content.
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access to protect learners, instructors, and our platform.

The courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results, income, certification, or business outcomes. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform or courses.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, or our business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (such as via email or in-product message) where appropriate.
